Tom was quick to get in touch with me and we spoke in depth about exactly what it was I was looking for. The price was amazing for so much of his time… he communicated well before the shoot to put my mind at ease. At the actual session he was so easy to talk to and I soon relaxed… I didn’t feel rushed at all, he showed me a few images throughout the shoot to make sure I was happy with how they were turning out.
The images came through only days later and I can’t believe how many images I got for the price and they are absolutely gorgeous..he took lots of pics even when I wasn’t aware so I got the really natural images I was looking for … I am over the moon and will def use again. Highly recommend. Thanks again Tom.

How far in advance should I book my session or event?To secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons like summer, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

What areas do you cover?We are based in Loughborough but happily travel for shoots and events. A small travel fee may apply for locations further afield than 20 miles.

How long will it take to receive my photos?Turnaround time varies depending on the type of shoot, but we typically deliver edited images within 2-3 weeks. We always try to deliver our images as soon as possible.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?We'll work with you to reschedule or find an alternative indoor location to ensure you get the best results.

Can I request a specific style or shots that I want?Absolutely! We encourage you to share your ideas, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

How does payment work?To reserve a date in advance, we would require a deposit to keep the date free for your photoshoot. Payment for the rest of the value would be due before or on the day of the photoshoot.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Cancellation fees may apply.
